イベント内容: | The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has put the world of employment, in Asia and worldwide, under enormous pressure. This crisis has forced many companies and institutions to swiftly change their ways of working and their environments, dramatically shaking up our communities. The number of people infected with the new coronavirus per week has reached a high record in a momentum where a remedy has not been found yet. It is vital for all of us to develop new habits and learn how to live with changes. The pandemic of COVID-19 has impacted economic and job market tremendously. Many foreigners living in Japan and hoping to find a job are in a tough spot, because many employers have seen their business suffer during the novel coronavirus pandemic and have responded by cutting back on hiring. Moreover, job hunting process also have changed a lot since 2020. For example, to practice social distancing, the majority of companies are now conducting web-based, rather than in-person interviews. Even though the government is trying to restore all the activities, various problems still remaining problematic. What foreigners should know about new realities on job market and adapt to them? How can they increase the opportunity to find a job and continue living in Japan? In this year’s Hack My Tsukuba, KDDI Location Analyzer (https://k-locationanalyzer.com/) has been used, Open Data of Tsukuba City, etc. to consider solutions to regional issues in Five workshops. In the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions, we have identified the regional issues of the corona virus, analyzed it, and proposed ideas. In the 5th session, we will be discussing about job opportunities in Japan before, during and after the Covid-19 based on the previous sessions. 〇 Theme explanation 〇 Lightning talk 〇 Group work 〇 Announcement ※ An online social gathering will be held after the event (only for those who wish.) ※The program may be adjusted back and forth.
